I bring my Honda here for servicing since this dealership is much more convenient for me than the Friendly dealership in Poughkeepsie. Service appointments are always easy to make. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Naomi makes sure to communicate with me throughout the process and is always very positive! Oh, and I wait for my car, so the waiting room is important! Theirs is super comfortable. Good coffee choices and snacks!

Was looking for a second family vehicle and this dealership did not disappoint. My salesman DJ was extremely delightful to work with. He listened to my likes, wants and needs, while remaining mindful of my budget concerns. DJ understood what I really wanted and remained in constant communication about the vehicle that was the right fit. I needed an oil change. The service manager was waiting for me. His team went right to work. They checked the car’s vitals and made recommendations for future concerns, notably a battery losing its full power. I had one ordered and will have it installed on my next visit. The entire team was motivated and enthusiastic. Five stars!

😀I stopped by, unannounced with no appointment, for an inspection. I was greeted by a pleasant customer service rep and he immediately figured out why I was there, looking at my soon to expire inspection sticker! He quickly got my info and said it wouldn't be a long wait since there was only one person ahead of me. So it was only about a 20-30 minute visit and I was out of there! Easy peasy!

Excellent service department! I called and spoke to Angela after we were having tire trouble in our rental car. Their service department was able to fix the tire and had us back in vacation mode within 30 minutes. The bonus was Hallmark movies for my wife and mother in law in the warm and clean waiting room.
