When my check engine light came on in the middle of August, I never would have thought that it would take Friendly Acura 34 days to fix it, but it did. Friends and family were questioning me about the competency of the dealership, but I was confident that they were following the step-by-step procedure to look at the most plausible and most common fix. Unfortunately, that led to the replacement of 4 different modules; some of which were special order and took time to get. It w...as finally discovered that the oil pump was the culprit. While this all took 34 days, and several parts were replaced and a ton of hours... my cost was $0 because it was all on warranty. Frendly service, not trying to push a new car On me
I have been a customer at Feder's that is now Friendly Acura since 2007. I purchased several cars from them and I always service my vehicles there as well. For the last 10 years I have always been provided with outstanding service from sales and service.
