I came in to purchase a certified used RDX A-spec with my wife and 4 year old daughter. I came in for a routine maintenance and remote starter. No long wait time, nice staff, and clean facility. The only con is this time of covid-19 pandemic they didn’t use a seat cover or show any sign of airborne/contact transmission safety inside the vehicle besides a mask.

The car had some significant safety issues and regular maintenance that were clearly explained and corrected after the new parts arrived. A loaner car was available and was returned 2 days later.
