When my check engine light came on in the middle of August, I never would have thought that it would take Friendly Acura 34 days to fix it, but it did. Friends and family were questioning me about the competency of the dealership, but I was confident that they were following the step-by-step procedure to look at the most plausible and most common fix. Unfortunately, that led to the replacement of 4 different modules; some of which were special order and took time to get. It w...as finally discovered that the oil pump was the culprit. While this all took 34 days, and several parts were replaced and a ton of hours... my cost was $0 because it was all on warranty. The best part, and the reason I was so laid back about it taking 34 days is that Friendly Acura provided me with a 2016 TLX loaner... for no charge. AWESOME DEALERSHIP... thanks Jose Fontanez. Great vehicle backed up by an excellent sales staff. Adam was great and the sales manager Conrad went out of his way also to make it a great experience and painless transaction. Would highly recommend Friendly Acura.
