Q: HOW DOES STORE-TO-STORE TRANSFERRING WORK?
A: First, contact us for details about the Friendly pre-owned vehicle you’re interested in. We’ll be able to answer any questions about the vehicle and arrange for the vehicle to be brought here.* Then we can help arrange financing and/or trade-in so you can drive your new car home. And of course, we’ll keep in contact with you throughout the entire process.
Q: IS THERE A STORE-TO-STORE TRANSFER FEE?
A: There’s no fee at all. We’ll bring any eligible Friendly pre-owned vehicle to any other Friendly Dealership, and it won’t cost you a dime.
Q: DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO PURCHASING THE VEHICLE?
A: Not at all. After you test-drive your car, you decide if you want to buy it or not. There’s no obligation.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO TRANSFER THE VEHICLE?
A: Typically, we’re able to get your Friendly pre-owned vehicle here to Friendly Acura within 3 days. Transfer times will vary, depending on the vehicle’s availability status and other factors. Once your vehicle arrives at Friendly Acura, your Friendly Sales Consultant will notify you that it’s ready for you to test-drive.
Q: ARE ALL VEHICLES AVAILABLE FOR STORE-TO-STORE TRANSFER? WHY ARE SOME VEHICLES LABELED NON-TRANSFERABLE?
A: We can bring most Friendly pre-owned vehicles from store to store. In some cases, we aren’t able to transfer the vehicle you’re interested in. Certain select pre-owned vehicles and new cars are not eligible to be transferred from one Friendly dealership to another.* However, every Friendly vehicle appearing on our website is available for sale at its actual location, which is listed on each vehicle’s information page.
Q: HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR ME?
A: Once it arrives at Friendly Acura, we’ll hold the Friendly pre-owned vehicle for up to 72 hours. If you can’t come in within 72 hours, please let your Friendly Sales Consultant know so we can make other arrangements.
