The Friendly Acura Service Department is growing, too, with plans for additional service bays for faster, friendlier service of your Acura. Friendly Acura 2.0 will also include a four-car indoor service drive, which will protect you from the elements when you drop-off or pick-up your car for service.
Additionally, there are plans to expand our Friendly Acura Retail Parts Counter, making it easier and more convenient for the DIY Acura driver to get the parts they need. Our new, two-story Parts Department will also be able to carry more inventory, so the critical parts we need to service your Acura will always be in-stock, getting you back on the road much quicker.
Since the dealership’s acquisition by the Poughkeepsie-based Friendly Auto Group on December 1, 2015, Friendly Acura has already begun with state-of-the-art improvements in our Friendly Service Department, adding a new Tire Balancer and a new Tire Mounting Machine to complement our laser-guided Precision Wheel Alignment Machine.
